    Artist Studio

    Artist Studio is a collaborative creation between M.E. Construction and artist Paul Cade.

    The project required designing a usable space that did not exceed the allowable lot coverage of 5% for auxiliary structures in the neighborhood.

    Allowable lot coverage = 92 square feet.

    The final design blends modern lines and features  into an expandable envelope that increases the interior space up to 50%. The back portion of the Studio pushes out giving 138 sq.f. of insulated, bright, daytime Studio space to play and create art in.
